Wild pheasants are rarely harvested in the Maryland and Pennsylvania area anymore. They once numbered in the tens of thousands in the Four State area. Most pheasants mounted at Kline's Taxidermy now come from local game bird farms or wild pheasants that are harvested in States like Iowa, Nebraska, Kansas and South Dakota. Hunting and harvesting a wild pheasant is a thrilling challenge for the game bird hunter.
